336jl Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "336jl", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 336jl online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://336jl.net, operating under PAGCOR authorization in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 336jl website, mobile web application, and all associated services, game products, betting features, payment systems, and customer support channels.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 336jl Platform, completing the registration process, or initiating a 336jl Login, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 336jl customer support. 3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 336jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 336jl Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 336jl employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 336jl Login credentials — your registered email address and account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 336jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Notify 336jl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

336jl reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

5 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all 336jl account holders prior to the approval of any withdrawal request and as part of ongoing compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, PRC ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current Philippine residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment method used for deposits on the Platform.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In certain cases, particularly for high-value accounts, 336jl may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gaming deposits.

336jl aims to complete KYC review within three (3) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold during the pending KYC review period. 336jl is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 336jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 336jl does not charge Players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO) may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method, as displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. 336jl reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence on large deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being approved.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by 336jl's finance team.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the Platform cashier.
• Withdrawals to verified GCash accounts typically process within approximately three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

336jl offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on the 336jl Platform.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms.

• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 336jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, location, or legal capacity, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in a manner that gives an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in peer-to-peer formats such as Pool Rummy.
• Automated Software and Bots: Using any software, script, robot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the 336jl Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin or ownership of those funds in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to the Platform. 336jl will pursue recovery of disputed amounts and may pursue legal remedies.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 336jl Platform — including but not limited to the 336jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 336jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 336jl.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 336jl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest any data from the Platform using automated means.

Third-party game content on the Platform (including titles by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by 336jl under valid licensing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 336jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your voluntary wagering decisions on the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by circumstances beyond 336jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your 336jl Login credentials.

In all cases where 336jl is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 336jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

336jl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal hardship. 336jl takes its duty of care seriously and provides the following player-controlled responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases to limits require a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Controls: Automated session duration reminders and hard-stop limits to prevent excessive uninterrupted play sessions.
• Loss Limits: Rolling loss caps that restrict how much a Player can lose over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which the Player cannot 336jl Login or place wagers.

12 Termination

336jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider relating to your Account.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no 336jl Login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees or closure per the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in a verified, compliant Account (i.e., where no breach or fraud investigation is pending) will be refunded to the Player via their most recently verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and promotional credits are forfeit upon termination for any reason.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting 336jl customer support.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either Party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both Parties irrevocably submit.

14 Amendments to These Terms

336jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — 336jl will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 336jl Platform, including any 336jl Login activity, following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 336jl recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to ensure you remain informed of the current Terms.
